Hi Tom,

I think the scalar sessions are going well. I am reminded that they are taking place because just when I get thirsty to the point o dehydration, my cellphone goes off and it's an email from you.

I sleep well at night, but wake up at 3 am and wind up being tired for a good part of the morning. And I find myself having to take naps early evening. Being in my early 40's, this is very unusual for me.

I have a sweet taste in my mouth that I generally get when I diet and loose weight. I feel less bloated. I haven't gotten on a scale, but I feel like I may have lost weight. In part because my diet seems to be changing. I crave salty potato chips, but not chocolate candy bars or desert cakes.

I've started drinking kombucha and am adding more fruit to my diet. And I am eating more beef. Generally, I just eat chicken and fish, so the addition of beef, outside of the occasional hamburger is a big change.
